How long is the tour?

Tales of Jerusalem is a full-day tour, which starts at the Jaffa Gate and ends at the same place. Usually the tour is about six hours.

How much is the tour?

This guided tour is $750. We take a $100 deposit to secure your day, the remaining $650 you will pay at the day of the tour with your guide.

For whom is the tour suitable?

Tales of Jerusalem is suitable for all ages and stroller- and wheelchair- friendly. Do keep in mind, that although we don't cover a great distance, this is a walking tour. The tour is created to suit people from all cultures & religious backgrounds: we really explore the authentic Jerusalem, which means tasting famous local dishes, visiting local businesses from different cultural backgrounds, historic highlights, etc.

Which places do we visit?

This is an example tour schedule (of course we will customize it for you):

- 9AM meet your guide at Jaffa Gate

- Viewpoint & Walking tour of the the Jewish Quarter

- Western Wall & private tour of the new underground Great Bridge Western Wall Tour

- Walk the ancient steps leading up to the Temple Mount and learn more about the Jerusalem of 2000 years ago

- Via Dolorosa, Viewpoint & Lunch at the famous Austrian Hospice (if you're kosher, we go to a kosher restaurant nearby)

- Famous 'shuk' (Middle Eastern Market) of the Muslim Quarter, visit Tahini Factory - a local gem owned by a Muslim family for almost 150 years

- Try the famous desert 'knaffeh' and visit a unique Middle Eastern spice shop

- End the tour at the Jaffa Gate
